What is concentrated fruit juice?

Concentrated fruit juice is produced when a significant percentage of water content is removed from the juice of the fruit, leaving behind a juice that is smaller in volume and much more concentrated. Due to its smaller volume, juice concentrate is much easier and cheaper to store and transport. The process of juice concentration involves removing water from freshly squeezed juice, resulting in a concentrated form of the juice with the natural flavour and nutrients preserved.

The concentrated fruit juice is prepared for consumption by mixing it with water, to return it to its single-strength state, once it has been delivered and is ready to use. Our fruit juice concentrate can be supplied either frozen, extending its shelf life, or in aseptic cartons.
