  • IQF Raspberries Information & Supply

Uren can supply individually quick frozen raspberries delivered direct to you. The raspberries are grown and picked by expert growers ready to be processed into either whole, whole & broken, crumble or bulk pack formats.

Known for their rich, deep-red colour, sweet juicy taste and antioxidant power, raspberries are one of the most popular berries worldwide. IQF Raspberries can be used in a variety of applications to create a wide range of delicious products. They deliver all the sweet, fresh flavour, colour, aroma and nutrients of a fresh raspberry with the convenience and long shelf life of a frozen product.

Sourced from our expert, approved growers in Chile, Poland, Serbia, Bulgaria and Scotland they are all grown to meet industry standards. Harvest season for Chilean Raspberries is January, and for other origins harvest is from June through to September. This means we can supply a large quantity of different types of raspberries throughout the year.

The raspberries are hand-picked at the height of the season to ensure optimum ripeness and the best shape and flavour. Once picked they are taken to the factory to be processed where they are sorted and checked for colour, size and quality. The raspberries are then sorted into whole raspberries, whole and broken raspberries and raspberry crumble and processed accordingly. Each different raspberry product is then individually quick frozen at extremely low temperatures to lock in the fresh taste and nutrients.

After freezing the raspberries are packaged into 10-12kg lined cartons and palleted.
