Uren’s employee, Sarah, took on the challenge of trekking up Mt Snowdon (1,085m) in Wales at night for Claire House Children’s Hospice.
Claire House Children’s Hospice helps seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full by creating wonderful experiences and bringing back a sense of normality to family life. Uren kindly sponsored the trek and raised some much needed funds for the charity.
‘We set off at midnight, from Llanberis. It was pitch dark all the way up and with only our head torches to light the way, we arrived at the summit for 3am. Seeing the sunrise across Snowdonia National Park will be a memory we won’t forget.’
