Aromatech's portfolio runs to more than 15,000 flavours; alongside it, Uren brings its own natural ingredients, from juices and purees to IQF fruits and vegetables. Bringing both names to one stand means you can explore the full range in a single conversation.

What we're showing

We're presenting a series of forward-thinking concepts inspired by market trends:

• Sparkling piquant drinks: reduced-sugar soft drinks sweetened with monk fruit, with a slow-burn kick. Try Smouldering Pink, Blistering Heat and Spicy Green.
• Globally inspired sauces: a nut-free Korean-style satay and a Caribbean smoky banana and ghost pepper ketchup, crafted with Uren IQF vegetables and fruit purees and brought to their final, distinctive flavour through Uren/ Aromatech flavours—essential in elevating the sauces to their full potential
• Flavoured chocolates: lemon and basil, matcha latte, and cherry cola, across milk and white chocolate.

Behind the concepts sits a broad portfolio of natural flavours, juices, purees and IQF fruits and vegetables, and our Innovation team is on the stand for end-to-end recipe development, from concept to commercial launch. Each idea is a working example of what we do every day: matching an existing benchmark flavour, or developing a bespoke new one to meet a brief.
