Focus on South American Street Food
South American street food is a vibrant and flavourful cuisine that reflects the region's rich cultural heritage.
From savoury empanadas and arepas to sweet churros, there's no shortage of delicious options to choose from.
Many South American countries have their own unique street food specialities, such as Peru's ceviche or Brazil's coxinha. Whether you're exploring the bustling streets of Mexico City or the colourful markets of Lima, South American street food is an essential part of any culinary adventure in the region.
Classic South American Flavours
South American street food is characterised by its bold and distinct flavours, from the smoky spices of Mexico to the tangy citrus of Peru.
Many dishes feature native ingredients like corn, beans, quinoa and chilli peppers, which are combined in clever ways to create unique flavour profiles. Traditional dishes such as tamales are often served with sauces that add an extra layer of flavour.
Street food is also an important part of South American culture, with many vendors creating dishes that have been passed down through generations. It's a great way to experience the local lifestyle and sample some of the region’s tastiest flavours.
1) Venezuelan Arepas
Venezuelan Arepas offer a delicious combination of corn, cheese and spices wrapped up in a soft cornmeal patty. They are usually served with a variety of fillings for customers to choose from, such as black beans and shredded pork.
Our Pulled Jackfruit and Pinto Bean Arepas are filled with jackfruit and pinto beans seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices. The perfect snack for vegetarians and vegans alike.
Empanadas are popular throughout Spain and South America, providing a tasty snack that can be filled with all sorts of ingredients. Our Empanadas are filled with a delicious savoury combination wrapped in a golden pastry.
They’re perfect for picnics or parties, and they can be served hot or cold.

Similar to a croissant with a sweetened dough, Cachitos are a Venezuelan breakfast dish. They are typically filled with cheese and ham, however, we have filled ours with diced sweet potato, sweetcorn, coriander, smoked paprika and cheese.
The sweet Smokey notes complement each other and entice the consumer to go back for that second bite!
We have also designed other flavours of Cachito including Mango lime Salsa, or why not try a Fig and Goats cheese option?
